Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: June 2026Our Commitment
ConstructDash is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
ConstructDash targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
We are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to bring all pages and features into full conformance.
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following known limitations and are working to address them:
- Some data visualizations in bid analysis output may not have full text alternatives. We are adding descriptive captions.
- PDF export documents are not yet fully tagged for screen reader access.
- Some third-party authentication screens (Clerk) are outside our direct control but are maintained by an accessibility-conscious vendor.
Reporting Accessibility Issues
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of ConstructDash. If you experience barriers or encounter any accessibility issues, please contact us:
Please include “Accessibility” in the subject line, describe the barrier you encountered, and the assistive technology you are using (if applicable).
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 7 business days. If you are unable to access content in a particular format, we will work to provide it in an alternative format upon request.
Alternative Formats
If you need information from this site in an alternative format — including large print, plain text, or audio description — please contact us at the email address above. We will do our best to accommodate your request in a timely manner.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may contact the relevant enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In the United States, this may include filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
