By accessing or using ConstructDash ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those accessing the Service during the Alpha period.
ConstructDash is an AI-powered bid leveling platform designed for construction program professionals. The Service processes uploaded bid documents, maps line items to CSI MasterFormat divisions, flags anomalies, and generates comparison outputs to support procurement decisions. ConstructDash does not make award decisions — all decisions remain with the user.
ConstructDash is currently in an Alpha stage. During this period, the Service is offered at no charge or at discounted pricing as communicated at signup. Features, pricing, and functionality may change. Alpha users will be given advance notice of any transition to paid plans.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information at registration; (b) use the Service only for lawful purposes; (c) ensure you have authorization to upload any bid data or documents submitted to the Service; (d) not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its outputs.
You retain ownership of all bid data and documents you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant ConstructDash a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. ConstructDash does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
ConstructDash uses the Anthropic API to process uploaded bid data and generate analysis outputs. By using the Service, you acknowledge that uploaded content is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Please review Anthropic's usage policies at anthropic.com for information on how they handle data. ConstructDash is not responsible for Anthropic's data handling practices.
You are solely responsible for determining whether the bid data you submit to ConstructDash is appropriate for processing via third-party AI services. Do not upload data subject to confidentiality agreements, government classification, or internal procurement restrictions without first confirming that such use is permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ConstructDash does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific procurement decision. All analysis should be reviewed and validated by a qualified professional before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConstructDash and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to bid award decisions made in reliance on Service outputs.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. ConstructDash reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
ConstructDash may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at its discretion during the Alpha period. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
ConstructDash may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
